We don't sell your data
Your information is shared only where needed to run Zenlock, such as payments, shipping and support.
Payments stay with the provider
Card, UPI and banking details are processed by payment providers. We don't intend to store them.
Proof is for verification
Challenge photos and screenshots are used to verify participation, rewards and to prevent fraud.

Depending on how you use Zenlock, we may collect the following categories of information.
A. Account Information

Payment card, UPI, banking and other payment credentials may be processed directly by the applicable payment service provider. Zenlock generally does not need to receive or store complete payment credentials such as card numbers or banking passwords.

If you participate in the Zenlock 66 Challenge, we may collect information necessary to administer and verify your participation, including:
- Challenge progress
- Daily check-in information
- Morning proof photographs
- Screen-time screenshots
- ActionDash-related screenshots or other approved verification information
- Instagram username/handle
- Challenge posts or Stories that you submit or identify for verification

- Information submitted through the Zenlock WhatsApp Community or other designated channels

Challenge Verification Data
Zenlock requires certain proof to verify Challenge participation. This may include photographs, screenshots, Instagram information and other Challenge-related information.

- Verify that the Challenge requirements were completed
- Determine successful completion
- Administer Reward Points
- Determine eligibility for promotional rewards
- Prevent fraudulent participation
Participants should not submit another person's private information or sensitive information that is not required for Challenge verification.
Instagram and Social Media
Zenlock may require participants to post certain Challenge-related content on Instagram. Instagram is operated by a third party and has its own terms and privacy policies.
If you publicly post content on Instagram and tag @zenlock.club, that content may be publicly accessible depending on your Instagram privacy settings. Zenlock does not control Instagram's handling of information.
Participants should review Instagram's applicable privacy settings and policies before participating.
Zenlock may use WhatsApp or another messaging platform to operate Challenge communities, provide support or collect required Challenge submissions.
WhatsApp and other messaging platforms are independent third-party services and may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Zenlock is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of those third-party platforms.
ActionDash and Other Third-Party Apps
Zenlock may require participants to use ActionDash or another approved third-party application for Challenge verification. The third-party application may independently collect information from your device.
Zenlock may receive information or screenshots submitted by you for Challenge verification. Your use of the third-party application is also subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms. Zenlock does not control the data collection practices of third-party applications.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Zenlock may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to:
- Keep the website functioning
- Remember preferences
- Maintain login/session functionality

For example, if certain information is necessary to administer a Challenge, withdrawing the relevant consent may prevent continued participation in that Challenge.

Where a participant is a child under applicable Indian data-protection law, Zenlock will handle the child's personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including applicable requirements relating to verifiable parental consent and processing of children's personal data.
Zenlock does not knowingly seek to collect unnecessary personal information from children. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to Zenlock may contact us at zenlockindia@gmail.com.
Marketing Communications
Zenlock may send promotional communications where permitted by applicable law and based on the applicable consent or legal basis.

Zenlock will not knowingly present fabricated testimonials as genuine participant experiences.
